Billing, cancellation and refunds

Last updated: September 2026

This page is a draft under legal review: it describes the service as it works today, and the reviewed wording will replace it.

This policy explains how a mosque’s subscription is billed, how to cancel it, and when a payment is refunded.

Free trial

Paid plans start with a free trial of thirty days, with no card required. Nothing is charged during the trial. The free plan has no time limit and is never charged.

Billing

After the trial, the plan is billed monthly or yearly, as the mosque chooses, at the price shown on the plans page. Prices include VAT, and every invoice shows the full amount; the VAT breakdown appears on invoices once the company is VAT-registered. Invoices are paid by card or mada through the invoice’s payment link, processed by Moyasar, or by bank transfer.

Cancelling

A mosque can cancel at any time from its admin. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: the plan keeps working until then, is not renewed, and the mosque then moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Refunds

A payment for a period that has already started is not refunded, except where the law requires it or where a charge was made in error.

If you believe a charge was wrong, for example a duplicate charge or the wrong amount, write to us within thirty days of the charge with the invoice number. We will review it and reply. An agreed refund goes back to the original payment method.

Unpaid subscriptions

When an invoice is not paid, machine translation stays available for seven days after the paid-until date, then stops until the invoice is paid. Manual translation, review, screens and the archive keep working, and nothing is deleted.
