Complaints

Last updated: September 2026

This page is a draft under legal review: it describes the service as it works today, and the reviewed wording will replace it.

When something goes wrong, we want to hear about it so we can put it right. This page explains how to complain and what happens next.

How to complain

Use the contact form and choose “Complaint” as the topic, or email us at the address shown on the contact page.

Please include your name and mosque, if you have one, how we can reach you, what happened and when, and what you would like us to do. An invoice number or a screenshot helps.

What happens next

We acknowledge every complaint within two working days and aim to give a full answer within ten working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect it.

If you are not satisfied

Reply to our answer and ask for a review by Jumaah’s management, who will look at the complaint again and reply in writing.

If your complaint concerns personal data, you may also contact the competent authority for personal data protection in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Concerns about a sermon

If your concern is about a mosque’s sermon or its translation, such as a wrong verse, a translation error, a doubtful hadith or harmful content, please use the “Report a problem” page so platform staff can review it.
